Neuralink, a company founded by Elon Musk, implanted a brain chip in its first human patient. The chip will give people the ability to control computers with their thoughts. Wow.

I've been in ADHD hyperfocus mode this entire week, and kind-of wish I had a direct connection to a computer to sort out my head!

But seriously, this got me thinking… Systems and processes really do help with mental health, and with business health, especially for us neurodiverse-entreprenuer-types.

My motto for this year is “brain before business.”

Giving space for your own thoughts is super important. Design a business that works for your brain. You know what works best for you, which strategies suit your brain, and which ones do not.

Adapt and evolve by putting what your brain needs first - your business will thrive when you do. Added bonus? You'll enjoy what you are doing more.
